Is it possible to buy on G2A without VAT?

Depends.

This one is a very tricky question.

Technically, VAT is automatically added to the price of your purchase on g2a, depending on your location (the country you’re in). This means every buyer is in fact obliged to pay VAT according to the rates in their respective country.

Still, there are guides and forum threads where people share one trick to either lower the VAT rate or even decrease it to zero altogether.

It’s simple: just use a VPN and choose a country where VAT rates are lower than in yours or where there is no VAT at all.

However, it is something that we do NOT RECOMMEND doing. Using a VPN can cause all sorts of payment problems and technical difficulties due to g2a’s anti-fraud mechanisms.

It’s also forbidden by the site’s terms and conditions – you can’t buy or sell stuff using a VPN on g2a, unless it’s absolutely necessary for your business (and if that’s the case, you’ll most likely have to prove it once problems occur). Your customer support claims might also be rejected if you admit to using the VPN trick.

As someone on one of the forums said, it’s better to just suck it up and pay VAT without any trickery on your part. It probably isn’t much, anyway, and the price on g2a is probably lower than elsewhere, so it’s already a good deal.
